C.R.I.S. Camera Services is one of the premiere photographic and digital imaging equipment service companies in the United States. Since starting in the 1984 as the US distributor for Kyoritsu Electric Co, (the world's leader in camera testing equipment) and expanding into digital and film camera repair services, C.R.I.S. has built a reputation for quality and dependability in the products it sells and the services it provides. After moving to Chandler, Arizona from southern California in 1990, our services have grown to include wholesale equipment repair and a wide range of mercury battery adapters for exclusive distribution. Technical excellence, dedication to quality service and customer satisfaction resulted in Ricoh Corporations decision to appoint C.R.I.S. as the Exclusive U.S. Service Center for all of their digital and film cameras in 2002

We are members in good standing with the Photo Marketing Association (PMA), Digital Imaging Marketing Association (DIMA), National Association of Photographic Equipment Technicians (NAPET), National Electronic Service Dealers Association (NESDA), Better Business Bureau (BBB), and the Chandler Chamber of Commerce.

Our custom built facilities are located at the Chandler Technology Center in the Silicon Desert (Chandler, AZ) other businesses in the area include: Intel, Motorola, Microchip, and Avnet.

Experienced detail oriented technicians are the heart of our enterprise. We encourage and expect our technicians to treat the products they repair like they were their own. Our Quality Assurance inspection process allows us to stand behind our service with confidence and pride.

C.R.I.S Technical Service team attends every training seminar available in the industry. They also keep up with CD and online training for all of the technical information required to repair today's image capturing products. Conducting regular training seminars in house to our technicians is another important responsibility.

Each manufacturer of digital and film cameras requires a different set of test equipment, jigs and adapters to adjust their products. We have invested in all of these items that are available, in order to comply with our customers requirements.

Our computer tracking system allows us to keep an accurate inventory of the thousands of parts required to service today's cameras.

Our Shipping Department packages and processes hundreds of parcels each day for distribution across the United States via UPS, DHL, Federal Express and the U.S. Postal Service.
