Established in 1984, C.R.I.S. Camera Services is one of the premiere service and repair companies in the United States. We provide repair service to camera manufacturers, photo retailers, schools, institutions, government entities and retail consumers including professional photographers. Specializing in digital photographic and video imaging equipment, we have built a reputation for quality and dependability. Our custom-built facility is located in Chandler Arizona.

You can request an estimate by filling out and sending our estimate form along with your equipment for a hands-on inspection.

Shipping Information:

Place your item in a plastic bag to help protect it during shipment.

Include an envelope inside the package that contains:

• Your name,address and daytime telephone number
• A brief description of the problem you are experiencing with the equipment
• Documentation related to the repair such as a sales receipt or warranty documents
• Special instructions if any

Wrap your equipment in bubble wrap for additional protection.

Pack the item in a good quality and properly sized corrugated box which allows a minimum of 3 inches of packing peanuts or other good suitable packing material fully cushioning the equipment in the center.

We recommend that you always keep a copy of all your records and receipts and write down serial numbers, make and model of your products and keep these for your reference.

We recommend using either UPS or USPS Priority Mail to ship your unit to us. It is also recommended that you insure your package for the product's replacement value.
